A spiel of sorts..

This site exhibits just a sample of my work and hobbies over the last few years.

When I was a kid mucking about in the farm workshop I would build go-karts and RC cars, create explosions, hang with my dog, drive tractors and generally spend time building an intuition of all things mechanical and electrical. Fast forward a couple of decades and I've gained engineering qualifications, developed technical competencies in electronics engineering, industrial and product design, manufacturing life-cycle and business support, and above all honed my keen sense for bullshit (and how to avoid it).

I'm available for contract and project work involving concept generation, one-off constructions, physical prototyping, detailed mechanical and electronics design, firmware development, testing, packaging design, technical documentation and manufacturing consulting.
