Observant V1 Camera

Description

The Observant V1 is a colour still image camera designed to survive harsh environments and operate on a minimum of power. Used in conjunction with one of Observants telemetry platforms (C3, Solo, Pico).

The body of the V1 is constructed from CNC machined 6061 aluminium. This allows the camera to feature the articulation required to frame the subject, but still be robust enough to handle the perils of remote operation (perching birds, heat, precipitation). A simple sheetmetal bracket and bottom entry threading compatible with off-the shelf cable conduit glands makes the V1 simple to install.
